Payment Plans

UAEACC is pleased to offer a convenient online payment plan option through Nelnet Campus Commerce, allowing students to spread tuition and fee payments over time.

 

How to Enroll

1.    Log in to your myUAEACC account.

2.    Select the Payment Plans tab.

3.    Follow the prompts to set up your Nelnet payment plan.

 

Access Nelnet through the Payment Plans tab in myUAEACC.

 

Important: Students must access Nelnet through their myUAEACC account. Direct access to Nelnet is not available.

 

Important Information About Nelnet Payment Plans

 

Students enrolled in a Nelnet payment plan are responsible for managing their payment plan account directly through Nelnet. If a scheduled payment is missed, Nelnet may process multiple payments to bring the account current.

For example, if a student misses a monthly payment, Nelnet may withdraw both the missed payment and the current month's payment on the same day. Additionally, if a student pays their balance directly through the UAEACC student portal but does not notify UAEACC or cancel their Nelnet payment plan, Nelnet may continue processing scheduled payments according to the payment plan agreement.

 

In these situations, a student may appear to have been charged twice. This typically occurs when a payment is made directly to UAEACC while an active Nelnet payment plan remains in place and continues to process scheduled payments.

Students who pay their balance outside of Nelnet should immediately log in to their Nelnet account to review their payment plan status and, if necessary, terminate the payment plan to prevent additional scheduled withdrawals
