UAEACC is committed to addressing student concerns in a fair, timely, and consistent manner. This page serves as the central point for submitting complaints, concerns, or suggestions.
The College follows a "no wrong door" approach, meaning students may begin by sharing concerns with any faculty or staff member or by submitting a form directly. All complaints are reviewed through the appropriate institutional process to ensure they are documented and addressed.
Submit a Complaint or Suggestion
Use the form below to submit a concern:
- For general concerns, complaints, or suggestions
- Open to all students (and may also be used by faculty, staff, or the public)
- This is the first step in UAEACC's complaint process
Important: Know Before You Submit
All complaints must begin through UAEACC's internal process. External review (ADHE/SARA) occurs only after the institutional process is complete and focuses on whether proper procedures were followed.
Types of Complaints (Choose the Right Path)
Some concerns must follow a specific process:
- Academic (Grade) Complaints → Follow the Academic Grievance Process 👉 Academic Grievance Guide
- Discrimination, Harassment, or Title IX → Report through the appropriate compliance process 👉 Title IX / Civil Rights Reporting
- Student Conduct Issues → Addressed through Student Conduct procedures
👉 Student Conduct
How the Complaint Process Works
- Share Your Concern Students may speak with a faculty or staff member or submit the Student Complaint Form.
- Complaint Review Complaints are routed to the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Services for review and coordination.
- Follow-Up A representative will contact the student within a reasonable time frame (typically 3-5 business days) to assist in resolution.
- Resolution Efforts The College will work with all involved parties to address the concern.
- Documentation and Improvement Complaints are documented and reviewed to improve institutional processes and student experience.
Institutional Oversight
- Complaints are reviewed each term by the Vice Chancellor for Academics
- Annual reviews identify trends and guide improvements to policies and procedures
External Complaint Option (ADHE / SARA)
Students must complete UAEACC's complaint process before submitting a complaint to the Arkansas Division of Higher Education (ADHE).
If a complaint is not resolved, students may file with ADHE:

Important: Filing a complaint with ADHE is not intended to appeal a decision solely because a student disagrees with the outcome. Rather, ADHE reviews whether the College followed its established policies, procedures, and applicable SARA, state, and federal requirements.
