Getting to Campus Starts Here

At UAEACC, we understand that transportation can be a barrier to student success. To help students access classes and campus services, the College may offer transportation van services in select service areas based on student demand and available resources.

Students interested in transportation services should complete the Transportation Interest Form below. Submitting the form does not guarantee transportation services but helps the College identify transportation needs throughout the region.

Transportation Safety & Student Expectations

Student transportation is an extension of the educational environment and is governed by the UAEACC Student Code of Conduct. Students utilizing College-sponsored transportation are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that promotes safety, respect, and a positive experience for all passengers.

Students who participate in transportation services agree to:

• Follow all instructions provided by the transportation driver or College representative.
• Treat fellow passengers, drivers, and College property with respect.
• Remain seated and use seat belts when required.
• Maintain appropriate language and behavior at all times.
• Refrain from disruptive, threatening, harassing, or unsafe conduct.
• Comply with all College policies, including the Student Code of Conduct and any transportation procedures.
• Report safety concerns, emergencies, or incidents immediately.

Safety is a Shared Responsibility

The safety of our students is a top priority. While UAEACC works to provide a safe transportation experience, students are responsible for contributing to a safe environment by making good decisions, following established guidelines, and respecting others.

Failure to comply with transportation expectations may result in disciplinary action, suspension of transportation privileges, or additional sanctions as outlined in the Student Code of Conduct.

Transportation Service Disclaimer

Transportation services may be limited based on route availability, enrollment demand, staffing, weather conditions, or other operational considerations. Completing the Transportation Interest Form allows UAEACC to evaluate transportation needs and communicate with students regarding potential service opportunities in their area.
